4 Highly Effective Acne Herbal Remedies

Capsicum is commonly used in cooking as well and also has the benefit of being rich in Vitamin A, this provides the body with needed oxygen allowing healthy skin tissue thus preventing any bacterial infection and helps in combating acne.

Tea Tree Oil

Tea tree oil is also commonly used and is one of the most effective acne herbal remedies. It is generally used as a topical (applied to skin) medication, mixed with water first and then applied, it is known to be better than the popular benzoyl peroxide element as well as it contains a very efficient bacteria fighting element.

Coconut Oil

Coconut oil can also be used to treat acne, it contains two types of acids which aid fighting any bacteria and is also one of the versatile acne herbal remedies as it can be directly applied on skin or consumed with other foods.

Red Clover

Red Clover is used to control hormonal imbalances which is one of the main reasons for an acne breakout, it is an oral medication and can be used for several other skin disorders as well.
